Me too! I absolutely agree with Dr. Gabor Mate's assessments of trauma, pain, addiction happiness and all of it! A lot of these posts will interweave some notions he regularly discusses. For those that don't have time to read his books, he has many videos of his teachings on youtube. Thanks for the support, comment, and shares!

There are many examples of self-abandonment that I can call upon.
I find that the practice of mindfulness really allows us to observe how our thoughts contribute to our feelings and actions. Directing our attention or mindfulness practice brings us home to self- to the point that self-abandonment is abandoned essentially. Let me know if there are any areas of interest or suggestions.
This is Amazing Nessa❤️ Tms has worked for me. Under standing this disease was the hardest part for me. Deciphering the difference between normal sadness and depression was the hardest part for me. And to stop being in denial of the disease and thinking everyone feels like this. Also Alcohol was voiding out all my medications and also my therapy. Drinking is not a option for me any longer. And personally it shouldn’t be for anyone struggling with ptsd, depression or anxiety . Thank you Nessa. I look forward to more of your brilliant news letters.
