Having recently had hand surgery, I can second that Ode. I hope that in 70 odd days you have a ton of relief, and that you're body and mind get to whatever homeostasis you desire.
Beautifully put. I love the quote, exactly how I feel. God is nature (and we are intrinsically natural), we need nature more than we are told and more than we need most things.☮️
This! "We come with innate self-healing wisdom." From heart to head to hands and back again for health, the loving heart knows the way, how to fall in love with the earth. She is our Source and we will return to her some day, the "Circle of Life." As Ram Dass said, with his characteristic wisdom, "We are all just walking each other home."
The body knows more than the head alone, and when we pay attention and listen to what our bodies tell us, there's wisdom in that. Thanks for your comment, have a lovely weekend,

Thanks for taking the time to read and respond. It is so true what you share.
I would love to prescribe nature for every being in the world. It's free and always full of surprises and awe.
My hands were recently in a lot of pain from gardening, too. I like the way you reframe it!
Hi Lisa! Im so happy to hear your hands are in the dirt
too. For me, gardening is essential Spring medicine. It is hard on my hands but worth it all.

It is a miraculous discovery- the self healing intelligence. That is a fabulous quote and it feels incredibly true at this moment. Thanks for sharing.

"I went from what now, body to what can I help you with now, body?" What a powerful shift.
When you frame it that way…embodiment is scary and powerful. Thanks for reading!
