Welcome to a new form of living. No more work obligations, pains or hardships. Now mostly self-obligations. I hope this comes as a continual pleasant (joyous) daily surprise.

I know nothing about it. What a mystery! It will be NOTHING like the last chapter is all that is evident now. I still want to hear about Bulgaria! And hope we can have another soul sister world adventure in near future.

So very happy to see you, hear you, read you, know you......coming into your own creative, creating soul space. I celebrate you today. Happy August ahead! August is the right on perfect word for you,

"respected and impressive." Cheers to you, to your heart-felt 9 senses exercises.

I've been working with a few people shifting careers and you are a prime example with all of the good reasons why, before it's too late with regrets like I should have or I could have, and didn't. It''s never too late to change. Thanks, doc and so now you'll become more of a plant doc and still a people doc but a very different kind of practice. For that, muchas gracias, mi amiga!

Thanks for the encouraging words and support! I really appreciate it. My life is an experiment. I guess stay tuned to see if it happens. Of course, we live in a society that favors men over women so add that for a touch of challenge.

Re the plant medicine stuff. I can only be what I already am. I can’t recall: did you recommend The way of the shaman book? If so, it was great! Thank you.

Nessa, I want to respectfully disagree with “I can only be what I am” because I see you becoming more and better, esp in the plant medicine field. One of my sons got his Master’s degree from a college of pharmacy studying plants as medicines. He’s a science guy, specialty in environmental science with focus on plants and a few species of insects. And, I was not the one who recommended the shaman book although it sounds interesting.

By that comment, I meant that my essence is alreadh to know and love plants.

Thank you for the encouragement. We shall see where the wind blows.

Creativity will save humanity. Ill check it out!

Also, I am about to read Hospicing modernity which I believe you did recommend (along with another). I heard it can be a hard read. Wish me luck!

Yes, I just finished “Natural Magic: Emily Dickinson, Charles Darwin and the Dawn of Modern Science” Much in there about the world of nature. And, I just started “Hospicing Modernity” and it’s slow going but well worth it. Need to absorb the deep meaning and not gloss over it. My choice. Love your quote,

“Creativity will save humanity.” It’s certainly true with the climate crisis and that’s part of the cost of “modernity” On we go….

How exciting to find courageous you!

Your "9 senses" concept is intriguing & I want to hone mine, too. Refreshing to read your concepts & truths that speak to a deeper part of me & a collective whole.

Many blessings on your new journey from zone 10a n SW Florida, where we grow our own smoothies & are grateful for an abundant mango season! 🥭

Thank you for the kind reply and for reading! I love to know that these posts are reaching people. I create them because the act of creating is a major part of my healing.

Wishing you peace and solace. I LOVE Mangos. They remind me of my time in Haiti. That country has 40 or so varieties- maybe more.

I did not know if it would flag you. I am glad it did. Thanks for reading!

Your shark piece has me non-stop thinking of primordial sea creatures. I mean maybe the future people will actually cherish and learn from age instead of deny it.
