Not history. History lies.

I have a wild imagination that I have fun with so ignore me. 😛

I enjoyed reading this post. I changed what I usually do and digested each section independently. Finding your own internal light feels very tough. I do try to be my authentic self and not play with facades. Being who you are helps you to have real relationships and to love and cherish the other souls that come into your life.

Thank you for this calming and nurturing meditation. I’m going to think about it as I go to sleep tonight, and try to recall it as I move into tomorrow. 🙏🏾

Thanks Miguel for reading and commenting. I also like hearing how things land as I really have no clue. The reason I have no clue is I am usually in flow state when I write/publish. The comments help me understand the reader's frame of mind.

Then let me tell you the truth. Perseus was a boastful drunk always partying at the temple of Dionysus. He didn’t cut off your head and save the world from the Kraken. You risked your life and destroyed the Kraken on your own which motivated Athena to see the error of her curse and restore you.

All the local drunks didn’t want a female hero so they changed the story. Unfortunately, since you were restored you no longer have the power to destroy the Trump Kraken. Just wanted you to know.

Thanks for that lesson. I've always been fascinated by mythology and have not studied it much. Luckily, Im ultimately not the destroying type by nature so the Medusa story adds up. Bet the local drunks are regretting it now :)

“Istanbul’s Basilica Cistern is like an underground labyrinth. It was built during the early Roman Empire and then forgotten. It reminds me of the dark maze and light.”

With the last pillar built upon the head of Medusa turned on her side, reminded me of the injustice to this woman by the capricious nature of the gods.

Well, I definitely feel for Medusa and do think her archetype lives within me. I certainly have her hair/head of snakes feature ;)

Cool! That’s really nice of you to say. If there are any specific topics you are more intrigued with, would love to know so. I usually write whatever comes up for the week and can be inspired to go down rabbit holes by readers, books, and experiences. Thanks for reading and showing support.
